Skip Stiles, Wetlands Watch: “Sea Level Rise, Coastal Risk, and Adaptation Options&rdquo

SUMMARY
Looking at what we know about sea level rise, Virginia is the highest risk state on the Atlantic Coast. There are a range of reasons for this and we are seeing impacts already — examples of which were presented. Also, some of the options for action were explored. A special look was taken at the Philippines and its situation with sea level rise.
